1. Order Processing
All wholesale orders are processed within:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Custom/Large Orders (50+ units): 3-5 business days (we will notify you if additional time is required)
Note: Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted carriers to provide reliable delivery:

4. Shipping Address Policy
- We only ship to verified business addresses on file
- Address changes must be requested within 3 hour of order placement
- Additional fees may apply for address corrections after shipment
5. Damaged/Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document damage with photos of both the product and packaging
- Email claims to support@regalmakers.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number in all correspondence
For missing packages:
- Carrier investigation required after 7 days from expected delivery
- We will file claims on your behalf for lost shipments
6. Holiday Shipping Schedule
During peak seasons:
- Cutoff dates for holiday delivery will be announced each November
- Expedited shipping is recommended for December orders
