1. Wholesale Account Requirements
1.1 Eligibility
- Must provide a valid business license and resale certificate
- Approved accounts receive unique login credentials
1.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at wholesale@regalmakers.com
2. Ordering & Pricing
2.1 Pricing Structure
- Wholesale pricing at 50% off MSRP
- Minimum order: $150 per order or 10 units per SKU
2.2 Payment Terms
- Net 10 days for qualified accounts
- Credit card payments are subject to a 50% processing fee
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Processing Time
- Orders ship within 10 business days after approval
- Expedited processing available for a 30% fee
3.2 Title & Risk
- Title transfers upon shipment
- Shipping damages must be reported within 12 hours
4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1 Policy
- Defective items: Full refund within 10 days
- Non-defective returns: 20% restocking fee
4.2 Process
- Obtain RMA number from support@regalmakers.com

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
- All product designs, trademarks, and website content remain our exclusive property

- Unauthorized reproduction of products or imagery is prohibited
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Regal Makers be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Amounts exceeding the total order value
